Tyler location only. Two mornings a week the smokehouse pulls a shift before noon. Brisket that's been on the fire since Friday, cast-iron biscuits pulled hot, a Bloody built like a cocktail. Same kitchen, same fire, earlier hour.

Texas Music City Grill and Smokehouse is a Texas steakhouse and smokehouse with two locations, TXM Tyler on Old Jacksonville Highway and TXM Lindale on Miranda Lambert Way. What kind of beef does Texas Music City serve?

Every steak at Texas Music City is GoodStock PRIME by Nolan Ryan, the beef program from the Baseball Hall of Fame pitcher and Texas rancher. TXM buys whole subprimals, hand-cuts every steak in-house at both Tyler and Lindale, and cooks over hardwood. Grade is USDA Prime.

The Billiards Room and Lounge is at TXM Lindale, 66 Miranda Lambert Way in the Cannery district. Professional Diamond and Omega pool tables, tufted leather lounge seating, brick walls, and full bar and kitchen service. Included with any visit. TXM Tyler does not have a dedicated billiards room.
